This policy explains what we collect when you use the KratoSell website and platform, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. Account and billing data you give us: your name, business email address, company name, telephone number if you provide one, the subdomain you choose, and your chosen plan. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
Data generated by your use of the platform: pages visited, actions taken, timestamps, IP address, browser and device type, and error logs.
Data you upload into your workspace: products, suppliers, customers, stock movements, sales and any other records you enter. This content belongs to you. We process it on your instructions in order to run the service, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

Access to production systems is restricted and protected by individual accounts. Traffic between your browser and the platform is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are stored hashed and are never readable by us or by our staff.
We keep account and billing records for as long as your subscription is active and then for six years, to meet UK accounting and tax requirements. Your workspace content is deleted within 30 days of your account closing, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will report it to the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours and tell you without undue delay.
