Terms & Conditions

These terms form the agreement between you and WELL BUENO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17264203, with its registered office at 166 Farthing Grove, Netherfield, Milton Keynes, England, MK6 4HW ("we", "us"), trading as KratoSell.

By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use KratoSell for your own business purposes for as long as your subscription is active and paid.

You may not resell, sublicense, white-label or otherwise make the platform available to third parties as a service of your own without our written agreement.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, for keeping credentials confidential, and for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Create a separate named login for each person who needs access. Tell us promptly at contact@kratoglobal.com if you believe an account has been compromised.

We may suspend an account where there is a genuine security concern, non-payment, or a breach of these terms. Except in an emergency we will contact you first.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown at sign-up. Prices are in pounds sterling.

We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on these prices and none is reclaimable on them. If we become VAT registered we will tell subscribers before VAT is added.

You can cancel at any time and your subscription runs to the end of the period already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for part-periods, except where the law requires it or where we have failed to provide the service.

If you are a consumer rather than a business, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel from the day the contract is made, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where you ask us to start the service within that period, we may charge for what you have used.

We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of an existing subscription.

You may not use KratoSell to break the law, to store or distribute unlawful material, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or another customer's workspace, to probe or load-test the platform without written permission, to reverse engineer the software, or to send unsolicited bulk email through it.

The KratoSell platform, its software, design and branding belong to us and remain ours.

The data you enter into your workspace, including your products, suppliers, customers and sales records, remains yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, back up and display it so the service works. We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not sell it.

You can export your data at any time while your account is active, and we will provide a copy on request for 30 days after it closes.

We work to keep the service available and correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any particular uptime unless we have agreed one with you in writing.

Neither party excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

KratoSell is a record-keeping tool. It does not give accounting, tax or legal advice, and it is your responsibility to check your own figures and filings.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may change these terms. Where a change materially affects your rights we will give at least 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
